YouFitness offers a rotating selection of group classes, pop-ups, and programs hosted in studios across different areas of Ottawa. Our classes are designed to be accessible, music-driven, and adaptable — whether you’re joining us for a one-time class or committing to a multi-week program.
All classes are instructor-led, community-focused, and open to all levels, with options to modify as needed.
A high-energy step aerobics class focused on cardio, coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Expect upbeat music, progressive routines, and a fun, motivating atmosphere.
